HI all.. I need your help! I just found out that we need to relocate for my fiancé’s job and I am in frantic panic! We live in NJ and we need to move out of current house by December 4th. We’ll be in a temporary home (still in NJ) for about a month or so until we find our new house. Does anyone have an suggestions for bringing some of the following plants with me since they won’t be able to be in a permanent location right away?

Irises - arilbred, Siberian and Japanese
Hostas
Tulips – since I will just dig up the bulbs –do you think it’s ok if they sit in a brown bag for a month or so?? I’m sure I’d need to get them in by January.
Lilies
Clematis
Daylilies
Astromelia
Creeping jenny
Sedum
Campula

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!! THANKS!

Pot them up and keep roots damp, but not soggy. Heel containers in the ground to reduce root freezing. Mulch well when you plant them in their new home.
