Thermometer for OUTSIDE

| I am looking for a thermometer that I can put in the SUN without damageing it. If anyone knows of where I can find one please let me know? I have no shad trees. |

| I think if sun shines on a thermometer it gives an incorrect reading. How about putting it on the north side of a building? |
