Does anyone have a list of edibles suitable for zone 2a?

Sorry that no one's responded to your inquiry. There are numerous edibles suitable for zone 2a. Sour cherries, plums, hazelnuts, apples, small pears, rhubarb, raspberry, strawberries, etc. Some have tried apricot as well.

Rather than list specific varieties, here is a link of a nursery located in Saskatchewan, Canada, zone 2.

RE: Edibles for Zone 2a?

I'm in zone 2a in east central Saskatchewan. I have an annual veggie garden as well as herbs, rhubarb, raspberries, nanking cherries, asparagus and saskatoon berries. There is a huge sour cherry festival every year in a nearby town. My father has apples and a beautiful plum tree in this zone as well. What specifically do you want to eat?
