evergreen climbing vine

I would like to create a screen between my yard and my neighbor's. I have decided to build a fence (combination of wood and chain link). What is a good climbing vine that will hold it's leaves in the winter? Flowering would be nice but not required.

There is a euonymus vine that would look nice. I have a contact in zone 5 Canada who grows this up and along 3 walls of her garage. It really looks nice, especially with its variegated leaf.

I got some from her, and it had grown about 5 feet high last year, but unfortunately the rabbits got it this winter and separated the vine from the plant. @#$%rodents!
