It might be a ceanothus/california lilac. It also looks like a spirea I have in my garden.

I think you probably have one of the Spirea's and this one seems to be called by several names.....Japanese Spirea, Little Princess Spirea, Korean Spirea.....I don't think that Anthony Waterer would be in bloom yet as it is a late summer bloomer. I don't mean to disagree with anyone but I have alot of this type of Spirea.

there are many varieties of spirea but I would guess your plant may be goldmound spirea, but I'm no expert

that's what i was going to guess---goldmound. have six of them---3 on each side of the front entrance. bees love the blooms.

I know I'm a little late to this but those look exactly like my two Little Princes Spirea.. spitting image.
