Need some advice

| I live in central Alberta, and have a natural spring running through my front yard. My entire front yard is saturated with water, really boggy. What are some suggestions --- how to deal with this problem. I have young kids, so making a pond out of it isn't the best option for us.
I would like to plant some flowers around there, do a bog garden --- any suggestions on the plants?? |

http://www.pondplants.com/aisle33.html Just one of the many sites with suggestions. I'm sure elsewhere in Gardenweb you can find others. |

| Two plants that love wet feet are Siberian Irises and Ligularia. They are readily available in most nurseries. Good luck!! |
