Hortico for roses

Hi Everyone,
I am already perusing the rose websites! I am digging a bed for roses for planting next spring and was looking at Hortico. Has anyone had any success with them? They seem to have such a huge selection compared to Pickering or Martin & Kraus or Cedar Hollow.

Denise
p.s. the reason I ask,is I have not heard good things about Hortico from fellow gardeners.

I have not ordered from Hortico, so I can't give you personal experience. Have you checked the responses on Garden Watchdog?

Here is a link that might be useful: Garden Watchdog--Hortico

I live close to Hortico .. and in the past year or so they have changed over ownership. The whole place looks much better and is organized! I havent ordered from them as they are a short car ride away for me but my friend has purchased from them and her roses are doing wonderfully. She purchased several bareroot plants this spring.
