Rhubarb?

I seem to be having a bug problem with my rhubarb, it looks like some kind of Beetles?? I also have these on my sunflower plants, Is there something I can use on the plants??

It is a bad year for bugs with all the heat and lack of moisture. I'm not certain what kind of bug you have, so it is hard to say. I would consider cutting out the part that is bad. Rhubarb is almost impossible to kill. At this time of year, it tends to be not so pleasant to look at anyway. Next spring, it will come back with a vengeance.
