need help with asiatic garden beetles

for the 2nd year in a row, my flowers are being eaten at night by asiatic garden beetles. Any help on ways to control would be much appreciated. I do pick them off at night but are there ways to prevent them from hatching for next year? Many thanks!

RE: need help with asiatic garden beetles

Neem oil - added a capful to a spray bottle of water and a couple drops of ivory dish soap - shake and spray. It impedes the adults from laying viable eggs; impedes the nympt stage from going on to adulthood.

This fall do a thorough clean up of stocks and stems and a good ground soak of the neem spray in the spring will help curb these monsters.
