| Low's in the thirties! Drizzle type rain for two days!
Snow in the mountains of Oregon? But, it is still September here in Mn. I have heard that the Orieols and Hummers have gone.
My pepper and tomato plants are still growing. Will placing large plastic bags over my 6 pepper plants protect from the coming frost? Got some 60 gal size.

| Yes, that should work. Large tarps over the whole area will work too. Where the tarps or bags touch the plant, the leaves may get hit a bit, but everything should be okay. |
