| Can someone tell me what the ideal time for planting fall bulbs (Hyacinths,Scilla, Daffodils )would be in my zone (2B). |

| As long as the ground isn't frozen, they can be planted. If the roots have a chance to grow a bit before freezeup, that's better, but you don't want the bulbs to start growing. A maximum of a month before ground freezing is recommended by most people here. |
