Which pepper mature the earliest in the North?

Hi,
I would like to know if any one has started harvesting red peppers in July?
My pepper just do not want to turn red. Today it is still 75% red only.
Please let me know which variety of sweet pepper I should get next year.
Thank you!

I grow Gypsy Hybrid and found I get peppers the beginning of Aug. They start out light green and gradually change color to orange/red.

My earliest and most reliable bell peppers over the years have been Ace and New Ace. Hungarian Hot Wax, which are relatively mild as chiles go, ripen well for me also.
