Surprise! I did a little searching and found this listing of Griffith Buck roses. If you scroll down a bit, you find a listing for J.C. Bakker and Sons Ltd. Their web site is listed a jcbakker.com; Down further is Classic Miniature Roses. They have no web site, but their phone number is 604-823-4884; further down is Pepiniere Cramer Nursery, which does not have a web site, but their phone number is 905-935-4533; and then there is Hortico, whose web address is http://www.hortico.com/

There are other Canadian nursery selling this rose located at the site below.

By the way, a few decades ago, I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Buck on the campus of Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Delightful man.
