More tomatoes...huh?

You'll never guess what I found in the sunroom today while moving, planting, etc? A little roma tomatoe!!! Sitting all by itself by the wall in the back by some plants. LOL. It was okay-not spoiled ot rotten either. I had a good laugh.
Now my 2007 tomatoe babies are about 4" tall.

My cat thought it was "really cute" to grab an early girl baby that "was" growing in a peat pod near a window....and play with it. Ohhhhhh was he in trouble. I think it's time to move these babies to the sunroom (where he can't go). He was also eating the leaves of the nastursium flowers I was growing before this...at least I saved them (and they are still growing).

Geeezz...outside it's guard against the heat or the cold, the gusting winds, ground squirrels.... inside it's guard against the cat, the dogs...this is fun? LOL. Gardening can be sooo much fun.

Beca,

It was good to meet you at plant world. Sorry I was so rushed with having to get my daughter to kindergarten. Well you lost one tomato to your kittie when that darn rabbit came in and topped all my tomato babies as well as the bell peppers and morning glories that I've grown from seed.

Sometimes I feel like surrendering to bugs bunny but I do love to garden. I forgot to give you the agave I had but if I seen you on March 31 at spring in the desert college nursery I'll give it to you then.

Maria

Maria

Yeah it was fun meeting you on Tuesday too. I will be at the Desert College Nursery March 31st. It's a very interesting place. We'll have to figure at time to meet later on down the line. Good Luck with "your" sweet rabbits. Ugh.
