| I don't know about you other guys north of us in so. Nevada but we've been experiencing some weird weather. Last week we were at 103...gusty winds (but, of course!) and yesterday our highs were in the 60's with gusty winds and lows in the 50's. And then add the pouring down rain storms and snow up on Mt. Charleston!!! My garden doesn't know what to expect next and heck-neither do I!!! It'll be interesting to see how things continue to grow now. YIKES!!

| It's looked like Oregon here in Sparks ever since the winds died down, and it's been raining fairly steadily since Thursday night. The weather guy reports 5" of new snow on Mt. Rose, and there have been reports of light, non-sticking snow in the higher (5000 ft) elevations around town. Prior to the temperature drop/winds, it reached a high of 96 degrees. In other words, it's a NORMAL weather year here in Reno-Sparks. |
