Weed I.D. needed

Is this a weed or not? Can anyone I.D. it for me? It's about 3" tall.

| Looks like a parsley volunteer to me too. |

| I don't think parsley, the cotyledon shape is not right. It looks like there are prickles on the leaf surface and petiole. Maybe a rubus sp.? |

| What type of Rubus species. Is it a weed or a keeper? As to the parsley I didn't grow any, but my neighbour grew some above me. Any other ideas what it could be? It's growing very slowly in my lemon pot indoors. Thank you. |

| Hi, I checked out rubus and we do have blackberries growing in the neighbourhood. Well, I'm going to pull it out. Don't need any blackberries! Thanks again for trying to i.d. this weed :-) Happy Gardening Aker |
