Stink Bugs - Any Progress or are They Winning?

Remember the opening scene in Ratatouille where the woman's home was infested with rats? I'm betting that's my walls and/or attic with Stink Bugs.

These prehistoric creatures are definitely hibernating in my home. I pluck about 4 or 5 a week from walls, counters, curtains. I'm allowing them to really get me creeped out but I think I need to find a way to "make friends" with their presence while I find a way to exterminate them.

Here's a link to an old stink bug thread. A poster, at the end, mentioned an organic remedy. What do you think? Besides sealing up the house, any thoughts on how to deal with the invasion?

I suck them up with my central vac when they are in the house, I can grab flies from the air with it too ;)

My crabapple was covered with them in the fall but I didn't see any damage...

Nice image buyorsell888. I thought of buying a dedicated mini vac for just such a purpose.

On these warm days, they are waking up and searching for a way to get out. Me too when I hear them flying around, :)
