Preparing for new lawn from a dog potty area

We've been preparing our little back yard for hydro seeding and I have a concern. This yard had been a potty yard for 3 big dogs for 2 years. We used cedar chips for the bedding so there wasn't just a muddy mess.

We've dug up the stump and the huge roots and that was a mighty job. Now we've rototilled the area and there seems to be around 6" of chips mixed into the dirt. We haven't put down chips for at least 6mo.

We are spreading 10yds of 5 way topsoil and tilling it into the chips. It has the steer manure and chicken manure in it. I'm thinking we probably need 10 more yards.

My concern is that with so much brown matter don't we need alot more green matter mixed in? I'm afraid of how this project is going to turn out. What do you think we should do?
