I have a Blue Crown Passionflower that I planted about 3 years ago. It was going gang busters until we had that heavy snow 2008? It dropped all it's leaves and I thought it was dead, but came back sort of half assed last year and never did bloom.

I know it's probably not warm enough yet, but I am wondering if I should just replace it? And, if so, when do they start coming into nurseries?
