If you mean Aurinia saxatilis, yes, yes and no :-) Well, slugs don't seem to care about it much one way or the other but it wouldn't surprise me to see them munch on it.

Like most other rockery plants prefers sun, good drainage and is quite drought tolerant once established.

When I bought my house, there had once been a nice garden here, but no one had given it any care to speak of for at least 20 to 30 years. The plants that were still growing had survived decades of neglect, and Basket-of-Gold was one of them. So, yes, I would also say that it does well here.
