Hi, I have to move a 5 foot Aucuba Japonica. Any suggestions on the best method please.

Kind of late in the year, but might not matter if done promptly. Expect to be helping it along with watering. Have you moved 5' broad-leaved evergreen shrubs before? Fact that it is an aucuba should not make much difference - except that, like other non-ericaceous shrubs it won't have the sod-like, easily handled roots of a rhododendron or azalea.
