Hi all, Has anyone seen Purslane seen seeds or seedlings for sale in PDX?
I haven't, but you might try calling these local places, assuming you are looking for a common, weedy variety.
Yes, it grows wild, somtimes in the garden. Most people consider it a weed(unwanted )
I guess kaybradj is looking for garden purslane. I ordered them online.
I am looking for the edible kind. High in omega 3, and all that...
Weedy purslane in Portland is highly touted as an edible in the recent locally-authored book, "The Dandelion Hunter".
Maybe I already have it. :-) I'll take a closer look in the yard.
