| Could anyone make recommendation of a good evergreen plant to cover an ugly concrete wall? I have very good soil above the wall, but below is all concrete. Therefore, I need something that will trail over the wall, or at least allow me to train it to grow on cables attached to this wall.
Thoughts? Does Ivy grow "down"? |

| And if it is in a full sun location, prostrate rosemary. 'Huntington Carpet' produces very long trailing stems. NO ivy......at least not in Oregon! |
