Are you close to Kalama? Need help please.

Hi,

I'm in Kalama, Wa. Just off I-5, maybe about 10 miles south of Longview/Kelso.

I'm desperately in need of 3" & 4" nursery pots. I'm running out and have 100's of seedlings to pot-on.

The nursery where I usually get recycled pots haven't had any this year.

Does anyone know where I could get a bunch of them for free or very cheap in my general area? Or if you have some and you're not too far from me, I'd be happy to trade some of my plants for your pots. I have a lot of perennials, annuals, some tropicals and houseplants.

Hi neighbor! I've found some pots at Tsugawa's in the past. They have a box out front with free pots - sometimes. And you might try the Longview Freecycle. Sometimes people have pots to get rid of, especially at this time of year. Craig's List is a possibility, too. I wish I had some extra to trade you, but I'm using everything I have, and then some! I'm at the point of buying the large size styrofoam cups. LOL.

I just bought a place about 5 miles south of Kalama. I would love to see your garden sometime. I can't help you with free pots, but I know where you can get some cheap. I see that you've got Lilium canadense on your "want" list. I can spare a few seedlings, or a couple of dozen seeds. I tried to email you via this site, but I don't think it worked. Joy; good to see your post. I had lost track of you. Nice to see some Kalama gardeners too! I've moved my gardens from Vancouver to Kalama all in containers. I'll be in Kalama Sunday and will check to see what I have.
