anyone else harvesting garlic now?

I usually harvest my garlic around mid July, but all my Red Janice fell over about 2 weeks ago with about 2/3 leaves browning, so I dug them up. Some good-sized and some a bit small. I know they're supposed to be early, but all the others are getting awfully close to that look too. I'd say maybe a week or so more. Is anyone else finding this a very early garlic season?

I am near you, north of Bellingham. Some of mine are starting to fall over as well. I planted the variety Italian Silverskin, I think. It's the variety Joe's Gardens sells as braids in the fall. I haven't dug any yet, trying to give it as much time as I can, watching for the bottom five leaves to be dry.
