unknown plant

Found this plant in someones garden yesterday while out junk hunting
And when I asked the owner what it was named ,they did not know
So im wondering if anyone out there knows the name
the leaves are like pine needles but very soft and the flowers are like a Spurge plant
it was about 12 to 14 inches in height I have posted a picture in the photo forum for gardening
hope someone can help me

There are spurges that produce slender leaves.

It might be the euphorbia that is very soft leaved, but it does run underground and can be a bit of a thug in some places.
