Best garden soil in Victoria, BC?

Hi -- can anyone tell me where to get a truckload of good (topsoil + compost mix) garden soil in Victoria, preferably West Saanich to Sidney? Four and two years ago I bought from Michell's, and it was great both times. But a number of people have told me of horror stories with weeds, clay, etc in the last year in soil from them. So I'm looking for a new supplier.

I've been looking for years as well. Probably 15 yrs ago, I purchased from MacNutt's. It was a blended mix and the best soil I ever found. I tried them again 10 yrs later and it wasn't the same. Since then I've tried all the main suppliers Trio, Alpine and a few other landscape marts. All of their mixes look good at first, once the rain hits it, the supposed "compost" appears for what it really is...sticks, rocks, nothing broken down like it is supposed to be. Sorry to be of no help but post back if you find something.

I know you want a truckload but if you can settle for smaller amounts, I find the "Sunshine Mix" best of the bagged mixes.
