Can you tell me what this plant is?

Hello-

I'm starting to become interested in all the plant life around my property and I need some help. Below are some pictures I took... the stem (not pictured) is reddish brown and about the thickness of a pencil. They shoot straight up and in bunches like grass. It's about... 4 feet tall now.

If you need more pictures let me know of what and I will do my best.

After hacking on the URL of the image, this is what I came up with:

The only other image I could come up with was a hand holding one of the leaves.

That's creeping St John's wort, an ornamental groundcover. Hypericum calycinum, I believe.
