Sowing beans for fall harvest

So in Gardening West of the Cascades, Solomon says that beans can be planted through July 15th for a fall crop. It is a little bit later than that, anyone know if it's too late? I've tried to find this info in the forums but couldn't.

I'm also going to plant chard, arugula, peas, and Danish Ballhead cabbage. Any other suggestions for fall/winter edibles? This is the best link I've seen for our region

Thanks.
