Crown gall- now what?

I moved to the pacific northwest a few years ago and am getting used to gardening here. I have a long area planted in emerald gaiety euonymous which has a lot of stems that are long and leafless and it just doesn't look healthy. I recently discovered galls on some stems and looked it up and found it looks to be crown gall. Now that I am looking around the yard I am wondering if other plants have this as well. Azaleas, for instance, have some branches that look stunted, with very small leaves, different from the rest of the plant.

Oh, and I had put some rooted cuttings of the euonymous in a large pot around a dwarf alberta spruce that I have; have I infected it as well?

What to do now?
