Hi everyone! I was researching why big white mushrooms grow in grass when I found this forum.

My next door neighbor's yard suddenly sprouted quite a few of these lately and when I asked him what caused it he said "Cat Pee!"

Now this sounded ridiculous to me especially since my yard or no one elses had any; we do have some wild cats roaming our neighborhood but it just didn't sound right to me.

Thanks to your various comments on the subject, (and other research) I definitely know that cat pee does NOT cause these things to pop up in the grass!! LOL
