No, I'm not depressed. Just looking for TRUE blue fall-blooming perennial options. I know it's a toughie!

Clematis 'Juuli', 'Arabella', 'Durandii'
Perovskia

Perovskia is quite blue.

I would go with clumps of salvia..... mine has been blooming for weeks and is really attractive.

How about a little Echinops ritro Veitchs Blue or Plumbago capensis?
