Need ID For This Shrub

Can anyone tell me what this shrub is? I took this picture today at Snoqualmie Falls, which has a lot of brand new landscaping of all native shrubs and perennials, so I'm wondering if it is a native shrub. I've seen quite a few of them by the roadsides lately too. Hope the picture is clear enough. It has pinkish flowers.
