Soil Testing in Vancouver, BC

Hi Everyone,

We moved to a new home (5 acres) in July and are now getting ready to plant our first garden (we will plant some garlic now in fall) but we want to plan a substantial garden in the spring.

Everything I am reading says we should get a soil test done. Can anyone recommend a good place in the Vancouver/Fraser Valley area (we are in Langley) for getting soil tested?

Call your county's Extension Service office. Some do soil tests, others tell you about local soil teat labs.

My favourite local nursery offers soil testing. Perhaps a nursery near you offers the same.
