Tree 1 is a Clerodendron trichotomum, common names Harlequin Glorybower and Peanut Butter Tree

Tree 2 is a Salix matsudana, Curly/Corkscrew Willow

The Statis is Verbena bonariensis

Shrub 1 looks like a Salvia

Shrub 2 is a Salvia guaranitica, Black and Blue Salvia

Since it has yellow shoots rather than green the willow is either Golden Curls or Scarlet Curls. When the fall or winter season is more advanced Scarlet Curls turns reddish.

Typical Salix matsudana resembles S. babylonica. Corkscrew willow is S. matsudana 'Tortuosa'. It produces green or brownish shoots. It is a parent of both Golden Curls and Scarlet Curls.

The first Salvia may be "Hot Lips". We have noticed around the neighborhood (and on our plant) that when these grow back over the years, they tend to have blooms that range from all red to all white, rather than the white/red balance of the year-of-planting blooms. One bloom in a corner of the image is more typical.

The glorybower trees will soon have little blue fruits. Nice, small tree. Very common.

Corkscrew willows get very large.

Corkscrew willows can be coppiced in February to keep them from getting too big.
