Is it too late to plant tulips?

I was planning to plant some tulips but never got around to it. Do you think it is too late now? Where can I get good (preferably dwarf) tulips and crocus bulbs around Portland area?

Thanks.

It's not too late.

I plant tulips and daffodils on January 1st. They have usually been sitting in the garage so they get some degree of winter chill. These bulbs bloom later than the same ones already in the ground but this extends the bloom time. The biggest problem this time of year is finding a nursery that still has a decent selection. I know a nursery in Lake Oswego on "A" avenue that still has a decent selection of spring blooming bulbs. Wish I could remember the name of it because I go there a lot.
