how is your weather today

| I'm in the akron area and we broke 60 degrees yesterday, today is just as warm but we are supposed to drop in the afternoon back into the 30's.
i know to expect a january thaw, but this is a bit too warm for me. however it was nice to go out and do a bit of clean-up in the yard.
what did you do on your "sun" day.

| Went for a walk at Sugarcreek Metropark in Montgomery co. Visited the "Three Sisters", three giant white oaks that have been here for over 500 yrs. I would love to garden but my yard is a swamp. I think our area is moving into wet and dry seasons instead of four seasons. All winter it rains or snows and not a drop during the summer. So, I have to get all the gardening in during a brief June/Oct period before it is either cement in the yard or swamp. |

Well it was a very nice change for January! We were in the middle of moving, and I had to work, but I managed to get a 30 min walk in the park, it was very refreshing. I dont think we should expect this all the time in the middle of winter though.

| 10 days later and we are preparing for the deep freeze. but its sunny again |
