Noble Co., Ohio

This is probably going to sound like a funny question but I have three ancestors who lived in Noble/Morgan Co., Ohio, and they all made it to age 100 or beyond. I know genetics has a lot to do with it but nutrition also affects longevity. Good nutrition starts with the soil. Please tell me, just out of curiosity, what kind of soil you have in Noble Co., Ohio? Is it peaty, acidic, alkaline, etc? Thank you.

I don't know that there are any posters here from that specific county... but I just googled "Noble County Ohio Soil" and the rootsweb link that comes up on the first page might give you the info you need.

The soil here in Noble County is mostly red clay with limestone
