I'm excited!

I just wanted to share my excitement with my Columbus area garden buddies! Those who know me have been subjected to the never ending series of garden decorations I make. Now I'm going public! If you see glass and brass suncatchers in your local stores under a sign for "Garden Gems by Mimi" you will know that they were made at my very own kitchen table! (Shameless plug! hee! hee!) Mostly I'm just excited!!!!!! I've sold the first one. It's weird to think of my stuff hanging in strangers' gardens. Also very flattering that some one would like my "garden junk" enough to part with cash for it.

Thanks for listening to me ramble!

~~Mimi

Congratulations Mimi. That is so exciting! They sound similar to some I have seen at some pretty 'artsy' art or garden fairs.

Pics, pics! please.

I'm guessing they will only be available locally in your area...right?

Sue...who loves pretty things in the garden besides flowers.

Right now my suncatchers are at Darby Creek Nursery on Scioto Darby Road in Hilliard (Digger you'll know that as the same road as the swap) and at Mira Mira Salon in Hilliard, OH. I'm making some more sophisticated ones than the ones at the stores right now too.

Here's a link to some pics for you Sue. I They were taken after dark so I hope you can add the sunlight with your imagination!
