I have a few crocus left, and the hellebores that bloomed for me during January's warmup are giving me round 2.

I'm shocked at the hellebores, as these plants are only about 6in. tall and 3 years old--and have been moved twice already in their young lives, which I'm told they hate. Maybe they think they have to flower now or they won't get a chance? lol.

This isn't a flower, but my ANNUAL snapdragons from last year are coming back. I know that they are coming back and not reseeding because 2 of the 3 tangles of roots and dead stems that I've been meaning to clean up since the fall are putting out new leaves. Crazy!

Mostly daffodils and hyacinths. Also primulas, trilliums, tulips, epimedium. One fritillaria (the rest are gone -- don't know why one survived.) I have lots of winter-sown seedlings -- I'm a newbie winter-sower, so that's very exciting, even though they don't yet classify as "blooming." I also have phlox subulata (I think - isn't that the mat-forming kind?) starting to bloom.

I'm a little late to the party, but I thought I would share. I have never seen these together.
