We didn't get quite that cold the past 2 nights but is was below freezing.

Everything should live just fine, just the spring show will be less than spectacular this year.

My lilac buds and blooms look fine....I'm optimistic on these yet.
Most daffs are standing yet. Maybe it has to do with the variety and where it was as far as maturity. (mid or late bloomer)
Tulips-a good likelihood that they will be all right., and even bloom.

You might do a search or ask about the peaches at the Fruit and Orchard Forum.

The cherries and magnolia...well, there is always next year.

My lilacs thawed out a bit and they're all wilted down - I think no blooms this year. They'll releaf but it'll probably be June before that even happens.

The daffodils thawed out (even the blossoms) a bit and appear limp, but not "soft" or mushy, so I think they'll straighen back up. Same with the tulips.

Past few mornings it's been around 23 degrees here. I'm carting my potted lilies in and out of the basement to keep the freeze from taking them out. Good thing the kids are out on spring break. I sure know better than to pot bulbs up that early next year. They grew a lot faster than I expected. I'm not going to worry about what's outside. I have no control over what happens anyway. The daylilies will come out and be fine. It may delay my shipping dates but there again, I can't control Mother Nature. If the peonies are zapped I'll just have to look forward to next year.

I hope that the orchard in Monterey doesn't sustain major losses as that's his income for the year.

I'm thinking that a lot of stuff that's in the very tight bud stage will end up being ok. Did anyone have strawberries blooming?
