My fruit trees are in full bloom and the temperatures are approaching freezing. Does anyone have any suggestions for protecting my future harvest?

Same with my apple trees (one of them) and to some degree my cherry tree. My thermometer shows 31F right now. I ran out of material to cover my trees, so I only got my Japanese Maples, my lilac and my blueberries covered. My raspberries were also leafing-out. I threw a sheet over them partially and am hoping for the best.
