How are your strawberries this year? Mine are so-so. By that I mean that I have about an average amount on an average amount of plants.

But boy oh boy are they still delicious. We wander out every day and just pluck and eat. I know you're supposed to wash but . . .

My raspberries are about medium and not the incredible darn near embaressing mother load they were last year. It should be ok.

I ate so many last year I was about reamed out. By the way, anyone who had the cheesecake at the swap had my pureed and strained raspberries mixed with a little corn syrup for sweetness. I noticed it went fast. Did you know that that was nearly pure homemade raspberries - no color added - Cheesecake by Eli's from Chicago of course.

We put it on everything including shakes and blender drinks. What a coool thing.
