| Ok, not exactly a "gardening" question!
My dad lives close to Wheeling WVA. He LOVES the tacky, retro, pink plastic flamingos. Here in GA, florists rent the birds, place them on your yard in the wee hours of the night, with a big announcement sign. I am curious if anyone knows of such a service that would serve the Wheeling area? Any help is appreciated. I'd love to do it for Father's Day. Hard to research from Georgia, as most florist wen sites just link you to teleflora.com Thanks ahead of time. Penny |

| I'm not in the right area, but I'd go to Yahoo's yellow pages site, type in your dad's address as your starting location, and then search for florists. I bet that if the first one you called didn't do it, one of the next few would! (I've used the Yahoo YP to search for local florists when friends far away have been sick, had kids, had babies, etc., and it's worked pretty well to contact the local florists directly.) |
