Falls of the Ohio State Park Garden Fair July 31

The Falls of the Ohio State Park (Clarksville, Indiana) is hosting a garden fair on July 31 in partnership with three organizations that maintain gardens around the Interpretive Center. The Daylily Society of Louisville, Sunnyside Master Gardeners and Kentuckiana Herb Society will each provide a program and information booth to help area gardeners. They will be available to answer questions about their gardens and plant selections at the park.

A plant sale and swap will be held in the behind the Interpretive Center from 9:30am until 1:00 pm or when the plants are gone (whichever comes first).

Program schedule (inside Interpretive Center)

10:00am Daylily Society of Louisville: Gardening with Daylilies

11:00am Sunnyside Master Gardeners: Color in Shade  Nine Months of Natives in Bloom

12:00pm Kentuckiana Herb Society: Gathering & Preserving Herbs

All outdoor activities are free. The scheduled programs inside are free with paid admission to the Interpretive Center. Admission is $4 for age 19 and over, $1 age 2 - 18 and under 2 is free. The Center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
