RE: Parrotia persica?

i put a parrotia persicaria in the church garden i managed for several years and it is just doing wonderfully. i planted it about 6 years ago. i received many complimentary inquiries from congregation members about it. its such a great little different twist.

RE: Parrotia persica?

I think the correct botanical name is Parrotia persica.

I have two (the columnar variety "Vanessa") which I found at a tree nursery in the Athens, OH area and they're nice trees - but I'm not overwhelmed by the fall color.
