| I will be moving back to my home town near Huntington, WV soon. Can someone tell me exactly what hardiness zone Lavalette is in? Is it 6A ?
Thanks,

| Go to the gardenweb home page and type in your zip code which you want to find and it will pop up. It just says zone 6, but frankly, I wouldn't worry too much about "A" or "b"....you'll have micro climates which will be slightly warmer, and ones which are slightly cooler. If you plant on things hardy to zone 6, or even to zone 5, you'll be golden. |

| Welcome back to Lavalette, zone 6. I live in Huntington. My hillside seems to have all sorts of "microclimates" -- some areas are probably 6A, some 6B, some colder, some hotter. But overall, except for the clay soil, it's a great place to garden. Nice to have another West Virginian on board. Almost heaven! |
