Lowes has their perennial clearance. went today and picked up 11- gal. Hosta for$1.99 each, gal clematis for $2, assorted perennials $2.

The Hosta were very nice plants ... ie Big Daddy, Francee, aureomarigata,minuetman, christmas tree, and many others.

Just thought I'd put a plug in for Lowe's(and no I don't work there)

Great bargains are always good to find. Thanks for the head's up. I've been wanting to purchase a few hostas for my new part sun/shade bed . . . perhaps a trip across the river is in order.
