I have some giant thorny bamboo seeds, if your interested in making a trade for other bamboo. If so, let me know.

I have a large clump of bamboo in my backyard. i just realized it was there a couple of months ago (sheepish grin, new to me home, am new gardener and focusing on my front yard at the mo) and have gotten many good stakes for my other plants from it. Very fresh bamboo seeds and a huge sortiment are on www.pflanzen-exoten.
I tried Phyllostachys moso and Dendrocalamus strictus.
The first have a germination rate about 80 %, and the other about 70 %. I am very happy with my little bamboo now :-)

Have any other persons good luck with moso seeds?
