How will you prepare it?

Johnny, my wife will prepare it. It will most likely be lightly steamed or in a slaw. I like most veggies raw or near raw. I did eat a few leaves raw and it was great. It did not have the "Bite" that they had earlier in the year.

I just made cabbage rolls but had to buy my cabbage.

Thee, I picked another one yesterday morning, it was frozen solid. It was down to 16 degrees here. I think we will have to eat the cabbage soon because I expect the texture will be damaged. I am afraid the 5 that are left will be too damaged to use because we have more very cold weather headed our way.

I picked the last 5 heads about dark last night. There was some damage, but not much. I was afraid this next cold spell would damage the cabbage too badly to be saved.
